MISSION: PREPARE PILATES PROFESSIONALS
We founded World Pilates Academy with the aim of training people, through our Pilates teacher courses, who are able to teach this discipline in a complete and thorough manner.
A qualified Pilates teacher must have a knowledge of the anatomy of the human body and of the biomechanics of movements, must be prepared to recognise the psycho-physical characteristics of his or her pupils and guide them in the best way possible in the practice of the discipline, exercise empathy, patience, authoritativeness, leadership and uncommon interpersonal relationship management skills.
A good Pilates teacher, in short, is someone who knows how to bring their students to an optimal level of preparation, both through knowledge of free body exercises and through the use of Pilates equipment, passing the most difficult test every day: that of gaining the trust of those who entrust their person to them.
World Pilates Academy is a leader in Pilates teacher training because it has structured its courses to enhance, develop, and hone teachers’ skills in every way.
Be a Pilates Instructor!
At World Pilates Academy centres, instructor courses are organised with the aim of training professional teachers capable of teaching Pilates correctly. The quality of the teacher is fundamental, as Pilates is a complex discipline that requires precisely executed movements to guarantee excellent results.
Specific training and constant updating are indispensable for using Pilates equipment correctly and reducing the risk of errors. A well-trained teacher is able to instil confidence in Pilates practitioners, helping them to remain calm and concentrated, supporting them at every stage of the workout and customising the course to their needs.
A comprehensive and qualified course programme
At the World Pilates Academy we offer highly specialised training courses for those who wish to become Pilates teachers or for teachers who want to perfect their skills and reach new levels of professionalism. Thanks to our experience in the sector and tailor-made training courses, we are able to accompany you along a path of personal and professional growth, providing you with all the skills you need to make a career in the world of Pilates.

A unique opportunity to turn your passion into a career without the burden of an immediate and full payment.
